About Us
Dealing with the challenges of today requires problem-solvers who bring different perspectives and are willing to take risks. YCCO emerged out of a pursuit to give a voice to, inspire and support the homeless in our community; and a desire for actions to speak louder than words. Established in 2015, we are an organization driven by progressive ideas and bold actions.
YCCO will advocate for more ease of access to existing addiction/trauma services, and consistent living options, and where there are gaps we will work to develop a solution and implement it. We will not only work to prevent and end homelessness, but our work will enhance neighborhood revitalization efforts.
Access to what is required to fulfill one's own basic needs no matter their circumstances will establish self-worth, and inspire hope.
Building a strong community has generational outcomes that can effectively shut the front door to homelessness by stopping the flow.
" do good, better."
